NPS provides payroll services for employers of all size. Our company was founded on the principle of creating lasting relationships with our clients based on professionalism, commitment and loyalty.

We create easy-to-import payrolls, integrate with Human Resource and Time & Attendance products, and upload General Ledger files and 401(k) files directly to your Administrator. Our personalized solutions reduce the impact of your payroll responsibilities and make the process more efficient, allowing you to focus on your business.
NPS takes pride in our experienced payroll staff, which includes Certified Payroll Professionals. As a member of the APA, the IPPA & the TPG we take advantage of the payroll resources available to us. Our employees are expected to complete our training program that teaches the fundamentals of payroll and prepares them for certification. As our industry is ever-changing, members of our staff attend four annual payroll conferences each year.
The NPS management team believes there is more to life than 8 to 5. NetPay Services, Inc. supports several City Chambers, the Mar Vista Farmer's Market and other local non-profit organizations.
Our Founder, Bahaa Mikhail, serves on the Government Affairs Committee of the IPPA and is the Vice-President of The Payroll Group (TPG). He was a Director on the Mar Vista Community Council for two years, Vice-President of the North Westdale Neighborhood Association for three years and the President for two years.
